Join Molly in the magical and mystical Salt Cave to shed your Winter layers and reinvigorate your body, mind, and spirit. Spring is the perfect time for cleansing and tuning into harmonious balance through meditation, pranayama, and gentle breath-lead movement that will spark a sense of renewal and rejuvenation. These Spring practices, grounded in yogic philosophy and shamanic healing, will support you in planting the seeds you want to bring into fruition in the Summer time that is soon to be. Full Moon Circle in the Salt Cave
Under the April full moon, we will gather in the Salt Cave to explore ourselves in the comfort of community. Through healing breath work, guided meditation, and gentle movement, tension and stagnation dissolves as personal power is reclaimed. You will leave with a lightness in your heart and a special crystal infused with your Spring intentions to place as an anchor in your home.
Harnessing the power of the new and full moons has been a ritualistic practice since ancient times and is especially relevant in these modern times as we are calling in the awakening of consciousness in our own lives and in our culture as a whole.
